Iława - more than 30 thousand city located in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship (in Powiśle). The unique location - in the vicinity of numerous lakes and huge forests, makes it a place conducive to rest, escape from civilization and calm down.

Iława is a place where nature has a special meaning - there are several nature reserves, the Landscape Park and above all Jeziorak and Wielka Żuława - one of the main attractions of this area. You can visit them, among others, by cycling thanks to the ever richer network of paths. It is also an ideal place for sailing - Jeziorak with numerous bays and islets, it is an extremely charming place for sail enthusiasts.

It is also a very rich history, interesting trips through the streets of the city, a source of secrets in the books about Mr. Samochodzik (nearby JerzwaÅ‚d lived and created by Zbigniew Nienacki), ruins of the castle in Szymbark and many more.

The city is also teeming with concert life - especially in summer. It has been taking place here since 1994, thanks to Stanisław Cejrowski, one of the most popular Traditional Jazz Festivals Old Jazz Meeting "Golden Tarka", which began in the 1960s in the Warsaw club Stodoła. As befits a city of sailors, there is also an overview of the shanties song. In July, the city celebrates Iława Days and invites the most recognized stars of the Polish song.

IÅ‚awa is also a city that puts on sports: a half-marathon, Five Lakes Race or Regatta for the Blue Ribbon of Jeziorak - these are one of the most well-known sports events.
